Thank you to all who attended our volunteer

orientation. If you missed it, please ensure to touch base with our Volunteer Coordinator at info@FTRA.ca and let her know which sessions you can attend.

**We are usually in greater need for volunteers in the 2 afternoon sessions if you have that flexibility.**

Please arrive 15-20 mins early for your shift especially if you missed the orientation.  We would appreciate it if you can confirm/update your information sheet by making edits in red ink and signing your name and dating the changes.

Please also ensure you add your name to the list for a FREE FTRA vest as we want to ensure all volunteers are easily identifiable while in the arena and working with our participants.  Please indicate what size you prefer.  There are both Ladies and Men’s sizing. If you see someone with one of our vests, they would be more than happy to let them try them on for appropriate sizing.

PLEASE NOTE: Should the weather be uncooperative, please check our FaceBook page, our website and/or your email and please ensure you reply that you received the message.

If you are volunteering for the 9am session, we could always use extra help to set up the arena and quickly groom the horses.  Someone is usually there by 8am should you be able to arrive earlier and it would be greatly appreciated.

THANK YOU!
